At St. George Hypnosis Center we believe in “Hypnosis for the Mind, Body, and Spirit”.

If you have a concern in one area, it affects the others, so we help you to be healthy in all three areas:

Mind – You may feel stress in your body but it starts in your mind. Each client learns an easy mindfulness meditation breathing technique that can be used at any time to reduce stress and anxiety. No matter what your area of concern you have, you will find this technique very helpful.

Body –  If you are feeling pain or discomfort in your body, you’ll be provided with techniques you can use, in addition to the hypnosis done during your private session. Also, if exercises or stretching might be helpful, you will be provided with guidance and resources for those. Remember, it is best for you to consult with your physician before you put any suggestions you are given into practice.

Spirit – This is the part of you that is connected with God, the Divine, the Universe, Source. It is the life inside you, your soul. When you are lacking in this area you may feel sad or alone. Whether it’s a QHHT session, or exercises to practice, your connection to the Divine will be strengthened.

As a client of St. George Hypnosis Center you will learn meditation and self-hypnosis techniques you can use on your own, in addition to your hypnosis sessions.

  • Meditation helps calm your mind and makes it easier for you to incorporate your mind, body, and spirit together.

  • Self-hypnosis techniques will allow you to continue to create the life you want once you’ve achieved your initial goals.

St. George Hypnosis Center was founded, in 2014, by Valerie Holden.

Valerie specializes in helping others achieve their optimal life by helping them overcome their areas of concern. Concerns could be overcoming stress, anxiety, or fear; losing weight; becoming tobacco-free; finding your life purpose; or anything else that is important to you.

Over twenty years ago, Valerie had a dream to help people relax and heal. Now, Valerie fulfills that dream by teaching mindfulness meditation and self-healing techniques to each client. These are the same techniques she uses daily.

Valerie has always been interested in developing her intuitive abilities. Since retiring after 20 years as a police officer, those abilities have developed even more. This puts her in the unique position of using her logical, common sense side, as well as her intuitive, spiritual side to help her clients discover and live their life purpose.

Valerie is certified in many holistic techniques, all of which she incorporates into each client’s program, as needed.
